2.1 Information from Your Shopify Store

  • Shop Name and Domain: To identify your store and provide our services.
  • Shopify Store ID: A unique identifier for your store.
  • Billing Information: As handled by Shopify for app subscriptions and charges.
  • Installation/Uninstallation Dates: To manage your app subscription.

2.2 Information from Your Instagram Account

When you authorize Appsicle to connect to your Instagram account, we collect:

  • Instagram API Token: Allows us to retrieve your Instagram content.
  • Instagram User ID: Your unique Instagram profile identifier.
  • Public Profile Information: Username, profile picture, and display name.
  • Your Instagram Media: Photos, videos, captions, and timestamps.

We only access data required to display your Instagram feed on your Shopify store. We do not access private messages or sensitive personal details.

2.3 Information You Provide

  • Contact Information: Name, email, and message content when you contact support.
  • App Preferences: Settings and configurations you apply within the App.

2.4 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, and usage statistics.
  • Cookies: Used to maintain sessions and remember preferences.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Instagram feed display service on your store.
  • To personalize your experience and allow customization of settings.
  • To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
  • To analyze usage and improve our app features and performance.
  • To process subscriptions and charges through Shopify.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

  • With Meta/Instagram: Via API to fetch your authorized content.
